Our Story

Welcome to Casita Milu, a thoughtfully renovated one-level home in beautiful Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, one of the island's most beloved destinations, known for world-class surf breaks, crystal-clear beaches like Crash Boat and Wilderness Beach, and an authentic atmosphere far from the tourist crowds.

Designed by an architect and engineer couple, Casita Milu strikes a careful balance between modern upgrades and original character.

The original terrazzo floors ground the space with a sense of history, while new finishes and thoughtful details create a clean, contemporary feel.

Natural light fills the home throughout the day, enhanced by a layout designed for cross-ventilation, letting fresh tropical breezes flow freely through the space.
